For the 2019 LSA Diving season, the required dive for the 18 & Under age group will be a back dive. This will not change and will be required for every dual meet and the championships. The dive will need to be the first dive listed on the dive sheet for every 18 & Under.
There have been a several rules changes that will implemented in 2019. These changes involve the dive requirements for the 6&U, 8&U and 18&U age groups.
